Management of GEMS (global legal operations)- Promote and drive effective governance and an up to date legal repository database combining legal, project management abilities and proficiency in database solutions- Lead project deliveries and supporting field execution for transformation on related projects - Ensure completion of data and identify data gaps and provide recommendations on addressing these gaps accordingly - Monitor and report project progress on a daily basis - Oversee 43 edit users over more than 300 affiliates operating worldwide via daily/weekly audits- Provide project management leadership and be a global key contact to 60 browse users and other worldwide users not having access to GEMS- Create training materials: FAQ/guidelines; perform training sessions for all edit/browse users- Support the continuous improvement of our database to maintain quality standards and improving the efficiency in finding quickly data in GEMSCorporate matters for Luxembourg affiliates: Advise on corporate matters, subject to Luxembourg regulations and on matters of different nature and complexity related to the corporation’s business- Provide legal advice for Luxembourg matters - Coordinate with counterparties, whether internal such as other departments and areas of the Group: Global Tax, Global Treasury, Global IP, Global Real Estate, Legal, IP, Supply, Finance (…) with UAE, Russia, Africa, India, JANZ and external counsel- Review and be actively involved in the transaction documents produced by external counsel and ensure they align with our internal policies- Maintain confidentiality on global/regional projects Legal Assistant on CEE cluster to 4 team members.
