ABOUT ANNE HAMILL

Have you ever wondered why are some people successful where others aren’t? How could you help everyone to use their great talents and be just as successful and motivated as the \'naturals\'? If we were starting from scratch, how could we build systems, development and processes that helped people to use their best talents at work? In a nutshell, these are some of the question that have driven my career, from an early fascination with how people tick, to my current role, working with great clients to try out innovative talent systems and solutions. In my career I\'ve had the pleasure of working with practically every sector from mining to financial services, becoming a Chartered Psychologist and holding the role of Division Chair for the British Psychological Society. Along the way I\'ve founded three successful HR businesses, and sold two of them. I find it fascinating to carry out action research, collecting data on the thinking, strategies and habits behind the people who\'ve driven successful careers - then make it available for everyone to drive their own success. What I like doing most is designing ground-breaking products that make it easy for companies to get all their people acting like high fliers, and all their managers nurturing talent in their teams. It\'s a skill which has allowed me to work in partnership with many of the UK\'s leading Blue Chip organisations, thinking strategically, challenging the status quo, and pioneering innovative approaches. And something that is very important to me - it’s allowed me to make a real difference to the careers of thousands of graduates, professionals and managers in a wide variety of fields.
