ABOUT ANNE GRANT

As a mediator, DR professional, speaker, and president at AEG Dispute Resolution Services Inc, I help individuals and organizations to manage conflict and resolve disputes effectively and efficiently. I have been providing full-time dispute resolution services since 1994, specializing in civil mediation, workplace assessment and restoration, harassment investigation, facilitation, and training. My mission is to foster a culture of dialogue, collaboration, and respect in the workplace and beyond. I have a strong background in nursing, law, and mediation, holding the national designation of Chartered Mediator and a Masters-in-Law in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School. I have also received several awards and recognition for my work in the field of ADR, including the Ontario Bar Association Award of Excellence in ADR in 2007. I am a published author, a faculty member at Queen\'s IRC, and a past president of the ADR Institute of Ontario. I have also delivered keynote addresses and training programs nationally and internationally, sharing my expertise and insights on dispute resolution and workplace issues.
