ABOUT ANNE FILION

I am a passionate public servant, with experience in strategy, business relationship management, service design and innovative problem solving. I am a proud generalist, who looks to apply complex problem solving frameworks to address critical issues.My background lies in service design, where I have experience leading and teaching teams to engage users in their work to create need-based solutions. I have since moved into more strategy roles and business relationship management. These experiences allow me to inspire teams to strive towards OPS\'s collective vision and continue adapting to meet the expectations of Ontarians. I am a critical thinker, values-based leader and universal translator - all key mindsets I look to apply in my work. I am proud to be a public servant, and I aim to continue building my responsible, innovative and collaborative leadership skills to continue to uphold the values of an excellent servant leader. I am a graduate of OPS\' Advancing Into Management program, I have a keen passion for leadership and how servant leaders can make an impact to the lives of Ontarians. In any roles, I look to be able to lead people in such a way that inspires them to be their best and align to the organization\'s strategic vision. Some of the my areas of most interest include strategic planning, practice enablement, executive support and business relationship management
