Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to other recruiters, team members, and business units on recruitment strategies and best practices.• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and resume screening to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing hires.• Executive Searches: Lead the recruitment and selection processes for executive-level roles.
