I lead a team of 10 field managers that lead field support teams supporting 89 field support representatives in the east region of the US and Canada. Our team provides on-site support and education to our customers to inspire customer satisfaction & loyalty, promote our products and services and ensure they have the tools and information needed to leverage their diagnostic solutions to provide the best medicine for pets.Every interaction our teams have with our customer is to create a positive lasting impression and to demonstrate the value that IDEXX can bring to their business. We are the customer\'s advocate and promote education and awareness. I have been with IDEXX for over 22 years and am so proud to work for this company.
