Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers, across all business sectors in Scotland and England• Responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of customers’ data, contract administration and effective query resolution to consolidate and improve customer engagement and retention• Help our customers to understand and manage their water services, promote best practise and generate real savings• Work with internal teams to maximise our service capability across a range of services including water and waste management solutions to customers including Developer Services• Proven track record in Wholesaler performance management to drive successful and quick query resolution• Have a detailed working knowledge of the Retail Water market codes to ensure the best service for our customers• Develop and implement a communication strategy to our customer base• Ensure any market changes are implemented and communicated to all stakeholders• Promote our knowledge and understanding of the competitive water market in Scotland and the opening of the retail market in England in 2017
