I lead the delivery of client programmes for ABSTRACT, a business consulting company specialising in people development.We build and deliver bespoke learning and development programmes, working with leading businesses across a range of industries to help our clients to develop the capability of their people. This can involve anything from one to one executive or personal coaching to group behavioural transformation programmes. We specialise in Leadership, Management and Career Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, particularly the advancement of women and underrepresented groups and Critical Thinking, Judgement and Decision Making. I lead on our Award winning Career Management Development Programme called ACCELERATE. This programme has been successfully delivered to well over women across many organisations and countries, covering topics that include Building Superior Confidence, Organisational Politics, Personal Brand and Profile, Attracting Sponsors and Mentors and Boardroom Readiness. I also present at business events, conferences and expert forums, offering my experience, expertise and insight as a guest speaker or panel member. I am also a qualified Personal Coach to many people who have completed our programmes.
