I have the privilege of using 4-D Systems, a unique proven and measurable methodology created by Dr. Charles Pellerin, author of HOW NASA BUILDS TEAMS. The success of the methodology is based on a winning combination of team building workshops, assessments and coaching. 4-D measures and helps modify 8 key behaviours to manage team social contexts, thus increasing leadership performance! My contribution is to help building an international network of certified coaches (all ICF credentialed) and trainers to provide clients with a powerful and measurable leadership developmental program with proven ROI.
