She led a risk management business owned by a PE firm with up to $ 1.6B AUM, overseeing risk across diversified portfolios, including hospitality, real estate development and management, manufacturing, retail, and bank assets. Known for creating revenue-generating programs and complex insurance solutions, Anne manages programs with premiums exceeding $75M and has led disaster claims over $100M. She developed and oversaw risk management initiatives for large-scale hospitality, retail, and multifamily construction, securing high-impact financial results and portfolio growth.As Executive Director of Risk Management, she implemented enterprise-wide risk strategies for property, casualty, D&O, and surety lines in domestic and international markets. She led broker and carrier selections, secured claims proceeds, managed high stakes litigated defenses, drove contract negotiations and portfolio protections and growth.
