ABOUT ANNE-CATHERINE HUILLERY

With a career rooted in industry and built at the crossroads of transformation, business and human resources, I have shaped my professional journey around a central theme: putting people at the heart of performance and organizational evolution. From demanding industrial environments to leading large-scale transformation programs, I have progressively broadened my scope, moving from operational project management to supporting end-to-end organizational transformation. My experience has led me to drive major transformations: structuring programs, evolving operating models, supporting change, and developing leadership and team dynamics. It has then evolved into a role as a strategic partner to operations, where I have focused on engagement, talent development, career management and leadership performance. I combine a strategic vision of the business with a very hands-on understanding of realities on the ground, always keeping in mind that the most critical capital remains that of the women and men who make the organization. Driven by the ambition to foster sustainable transformation, I thrive in environments where the challenge is to create meaning, bring structure and positively mobilize teams. Building trust, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting leaders and teams through key transformation phases are the responsibilities that motivate me most. I seek to create environments where operational excellence, strategic impact and human development move forward together.
