ABOUT ANNE CANNON

As a collaborative clinical specialist and instructor, I possess proven success in creating and leading the support framework for medical device clinical trials, including training, patient education, and regulatory compliance. During mycareer, I have leveraged my RN knowledge and experience to calmly lead teams through high-pressure situations.I have designed training curricula, and create new standard operating procedures (SOPs). I also communicate effectively with diverse audiences of clinicians and nonmedical stakeholders to deliver product training and presentations. Further, I build trusted relationships with patients and physicians to drive successful clinical trials with positive patient outcomes. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: Delivered patient education to trial participants on physiology of urge incontinence, medical device function, andprogramming at BlueWind Medical. Developed and mentored clinical team at BlueWind Medical, including training surgeons in cadaver labs andbringing field clinicians on shadowing assignments for Revi activation and programming. Designed both internaland external training curricula. Spearheaded project training the Medtronic sales and clinical team in Japan, creating and delivering the curriculum for Japan Medtronic Academy to onboard 14 new field employees.
