I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to fostering systemic transformation and empowering individuals in their journey towards healing and self-leadership. With training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy, my primary focus is on helping individuals heal from PTSD and complex traumas. I also specialize in supporting individuals on their path to recovery from substance and process addictions, among other no-longer-working coping adaptations.I have had the privilege of collaborating with experts in the field and currently serve as a developer and facilitator for the eating disorders track at Harmony Place Monterey.
