ABOUT ANNE BOWERMAN
I am experienced in Luxury retail management, with 15 years experiece. I love fashion, and also love working with a team. I started my retail management in MGM Mirage in 2005, as an assistant manager of a small gift shop. I then transferred to Bellagio hotel in 2006, as an assistant manager of Capri, La Scarpa, and Intimate Collections stores. In 2007, I was promoted to be the General Manager of all three stores, with a volume of $12 million dollars, and managed 20 sales associates, and 3 assistant managers. In 2010, Lobby Shops was added to my management responsibilities, increasing the volumes of the store I handled to $15 million dollars, with a total of 30 employees for all four stores.In 2011, I took a leap of faith and landed me to my dream job in Salvatore Ferragamo. I was the General Manager of Salvatore Ferragamo at The Palazzo, for 2.5 years,and put together a team that enabled us to double our volume in 2.5 years.In September 2016 I was promoted to run the new Salvatore Ferragamo concept store at Wynn Esplanade. It\'s only the second Sofield Studios concept Ferragamo store after our flagship store in Beverly Hills. During my 2.5 year tenure we as a team achieved top women’s business in 2017, and runner up for the store of the year award. In April 2019, I moved to the UK to run the Ferragamo Bicester store, which is the highest volume store in Europe with a total of 28 employees.
