   I help employers implement practical solutions to workplace issues while remaining compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws. I develop policies and handbooks and train employees and managers in the multitude of laws that apply to the employment relationship. I also advise clients regarding various employment agreements, particularly in connection with restrictive covenants. When claims occur, I represent clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. I conduct independent workplace investigations. My extensive employment litigation experience provides real-world insight when investigating internal employee complaints, third-party complaints, and lawsuits alleging employee or employer misconduct. I perform fact-finding investigations and make objective written findings and recommendations. I work with clients to assess exposure, if any, and implement recommendations noted during the investigation.
