   I have provided therapeutic services and crisis intervention to students, parents, faculty, and staff. Additionally, I have led workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various psychosocial issues and developed training modules, resource packs, and related materials.As a lecturer, I have taught Psychology courses and have continuously refined lesson plans to enhance student engagement. I have conducted two research projects published in international journals and presented my findings at several national and international psychological conferences.I have attended different psychological training sessions, workshops, and seminars at both national and international levels to stay current in my field. My responsibilities have included report writing, documentation, and database management, contributing to my management skills. I have actively networked within the psychosocial community, collaborating with colleagues within my department and with external organizations at BRAC University.
