   In the short time that I’ve been at Project44, a hypergrowth global startup, I contributed to the creation of 2022 enterprise product roadmap, both strategically and from a technology delivery perspective, as well as setting the necessary OKRs and outcome driven actions to deliver that vision. Led the formation and staffing of two new global engineering teams to support the deliverables identified in the roadmap. Audited the sprint, scrum and product delivery processes and started implementing optimizations and removing points of friction and roadblocks. Assessed and led the execution of various engineering organization process gaps, such as service and support ownership, goals and objectives for teams, and test coverage. Own the most critical product from the Engineering leadership perspective, partnering closely with VP of Product to present weekly progress to executive leadership. Led the standardization of the engineering hiring process, writing new job descriptions and collaborating with engineering leadership to create equitable interview questions, code tests and feedback methodology to improve our hiring processes. Worked closely with the People team to create new channels to expand our hiring pipeline, identifying strategic partnerships for increasing our diversity. Active member of the Women TMC (Team Member Community) and the Women in Leadership workgroup, spearheading measurable data on gender gaps in hiring, retention, promotion and salaries to advocate for continuous improvements in closing those gaps. Participated in an International Women’s Day 2022 company-wide Q&A panel of senior women leaders to address and discuss concrete strategies and actions to #breakthebias.
