Everyone should have access to the tools (and mentoring) needed to navigate and accelerate in your career - to crush it, level up, or pivot.MENTOR: volunteer resource for answering questions that are hard to ask your boss. Ex. how to inquire about the path to promotion and get access to new opportunities, what a new people leader can focus on to improve team dynamics, how to find new motivation in a downsized work environment.
