I assist organizations in selecting and developing talent, successfully managing change and increasing executive effectiveness. My training in Clinical and Counseling Psychology provides the foundation for my work with people, while my 20+ years of consulting to a variety of business organizations and across industries allows me to ground my consulting in the realities of what the business needs to get done. I work closely with executives to help them optimize their leadership and the effectiveness of their organizations. Using my deep expertise in people, their motivations and drives, I help my clients better understand how to leverage their strengths in order to have the desired impact and results.In working with a broad array of executives and senior managers, the settings have ranged from very large global corporations to smaller family-owned businesses. Industries served include Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities & Power Generation, Specialty Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Goods & Services, Aerospace & Defense, Biomedical & Medical Equipment Manufacturing, and Automotive Suppliers. I particularly focus on executive assessment and development, executive coaching, succession planning, executive integration, senior team development, and implementing organizational change. My style balances collaboration and acceptance with challenging and direct feedback, as well as suggestions of specific improvement actions. I partner with my clients to help them think about things with an enhanced perspective that enables them to approach challenges with new energy and ideas.
