This includes helping owners establish a strong digital foundation. Connecting BIM, GIS, and project data, to support use cases such as venue operations, event planning, capital program management, and future digital twin(s) initiatives.Over the past several years, I have worked closely with leading architecture and engineering firms, building a strong understanding of how projects are delivered and where gaps often exist between project completion and operational use.
