User Needs and Problem Identification- Manage and prioritize internal and external user suggestions for product improvement-Establish and leverage a product fact base to drive data-driven decisions. Customer Development- Empathize with customers and understand their pain points by leveraging customer visits- Define and execute market research for specific topics for core products- Defined and implemented User Personas for core products- Perform customer visits both in-person and remotely for market research and relationship management.
