Drive product management and delivery of the pension investment application for clients • Managing all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle • Develop and translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes, scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Continuously coach and encourage transition into Scrum processes and adaptation of agile mindset to improve the team’s effectiveness, velocity of delivery and embed sense of ownership.
