My practice involves all aspects of trade mark matters pre and post registration for a diverse range of clients from several different business sectors including fashion, publishing and telecommunications. I also advise on overseas filing programmes, oppositions and renewal strategies and have considerable experience in handling worldwide assignment programmes. I have also been involved in a number of due diligence exercises. In addition to trade marks, I have experience of domain name and registered design matters and company names tribunal complaints.
