This includes bi-monthly capacity building meetings and workshops focusing on strengths-based decolonization, indigenization, anti-oppression, self-development and relationship building incorporating Indigenous practices, teachings and artistic methodologies. Developed and implemented YWCA Career Zone Strive Aboriginal Mentorship Program in February and March 2015
