I have mediated many workplace and consumer disputes - in-person and online. I have mediated disputes with up to 4 parties, including disputes between board members and practising lawyers. I am approved by the Gambling Commission for consumer dispute resolution as part of a licensed entity. I have written and deliver workplace, workplace conversion and civil & commercial mediation courses, plus ODR training as an extension to CMC approved mediation training. I have been trained in a psychological approach to conflict resolution, including NLP, leading negotiations, conflict advocacy, advanced human factors; Industrial Relations; Transactional Analysis; Pascale et al: Seven S Model; Johari Window; Transitional Curve; Ego States; Conflict Loop; Strokes & Drivers; Emotional Intelligence; Leadership & Influencing; Organisational Development & Change; Holmes & Rahe. Blending experience from managing teams in highly reactive and volatile customer service environments, I am able to assist in the development of teams and individuals to introduce, understand and embed change, maximising productivity and potential.
