Managing Corporate Communications at PVM Italy, by identifying most important communications projects and initiatives to support PVM\'s global strategies and goals. Responsibilities include PR, internal communication, crisis communication, employer branding, employee engagement, sustainability communication. Activities include managing company communication channels (website, social media platforms), internal newsletters, corporate Identity material, press releases, organizing press conferences and internal events, diversity and inclusion program. I cooperate with and support Management and HR Department in plans and activities designed to keep our people engaged, passionate and involved.
