As the Director of Talent Acquisition, I lead a team of talented associates committed to recruiting exceptional talent to Capital Group and building diverse teams of associates throughout the company. Our recruiting team is comprised of recruiters, TA enablement associates, and associates focused on optimizing our technology as well as leading our recruitment marketing strategy. We also partner with trusted external firms to meet hiring demand when needed. In addition to leading TA, I contribute to our HR Operating Committee to provide leadership across HR and translate our strategy into execution. This includes working as a team to prioritize and pace work throughout HR to drive critical results. In 2017 and 2019 I participated in leadership development programs guided by Harvard professors.
