As the Event Director of the UBA Club, I led transformative initiatives focused on school development during village camps at Senjeri Ayyampalayam and Senjeriputhur, empowering students and enhancing the learning environment. Key Achievements: Organized educational outreach programs at government schools, focusing on hygiene, environmental awareness, and basic life skills. Painted and beautified school walls to create a vibrant, student-friendly learning atmosphere. Planted saplings within the school campus, promoting green practices and environmental consciousness. Conducted practical sessions on banking basics, including how to fill bank challans, helping students gain early financial literacy. Led engaging activities like quizzes and group discussions to improve communication and motivation among students. Positively impacted 100+ school children, fostering both educational growth and social awareness in alignment with UBA goals.These experiences refined my leadership, event planning, and community engagement skills while allowing me to make a lasting contribution to rural education.
