About Anna Roberts
Solving hard problems with smart people is my jam, especially complex problems. I\'ve spent more than 12 years leading a wide variety of transformational strategies, design efforts, and teams that have driven impact. My core competencies are human-centered design and strategy; systems thinking; organizational transformation at scale; leading and managing cross-disciplinary teams; and coalition building.I also have a propensity for combining odd (but related) perspectives to solve problems. For example, at Highmark, I built a CX transformation strategy based on how game designers make games easy to understand and motivating to engage with. That strategy is now the underpinning of Highmark\'s research and measurement programs, organizational structures, and how it connects projects across its Product organization.
