I oversee the quality and development of all Viewpoint’s psychometric assessments and solutions. I ensure they meet the highest standards of reliability, validity, and fairness. My role combines rigorous technical expertise with client-facing partnership, project management, and leadership in assessment design and delivery- Leading psychometric analyses and validation studies for all tests and client data sets (reliability, validity, item analysis, DIF/DTF). Creating and maintaining Technical Manuals, Interpretation Guides, and training materials to support ethical and effective test use- Preparing test materials for the BPS test review with two tests successfully submitted and approved and a third currently under review- Designing a full BPS-approved Test User: Occupational Ability & Personality training programme for Viewpoint\'s ability and personality tools- Managing client relationships end-to-end: negotiating and signing contracts, advising on cut-off scores, educating on test use, collecting requirements, and guiding adoption of suitable tools- Leading bespoke projects for clients, including development of new assessments and technical integrations such as API development- Conducting promotion interviews, producing reports, and delivering individual feedback and coaching sessions for managers and senior executives.
