The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” Since graduating in 2019, I have worked in veterinary talent acquisition - growing from Administrator to Partner level. In my primarily role I am currently on secondment in the People & Payroll project team at VetPartners, aiding the implementation of Dayforce. I am also on the Social Committee, helping to manage large events such as annual sports days & Christmas parties, as well as quarterly business updates. We also organise smaller events such as Easter egg hunts & room decorating competitions. 🥳 (might also be known to do silly performances on stage infront of 250 people at awards ceremonies due to this, don’t ask, not my finest moments… )Ever since I can remember I have LOVED animals and being able to have a career where I support our practices to achieve clinical excellence for our animals is beyond fulfilling. VetPartners is the most incredible place to work and has supported me to grow, develop & make a genuine difference everyday. The people are also pretty great… I pride myself on being ambitious, driven, strategic, a keen problem solver, people-orientated, highly organised & (most importantly!) kind. 🥰 After completing my CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in the summer of 2025, I am now working on achieving an Executive MBA in Senior Leadership (back at York St John!) to be completed in 2028. I also work on an ad-hoc basis for Pool Sentry Ltd, managing their marketing & HR.
