Working with Apple, AirBnB, Darktrace, Deloitte, Eaton, Flex, Hexcel, Honeywell, Juice Plus+, RTX, UPS and other global brands- Accountable for the overall execution, management and quality control of a portfolio of customer merchandise programmes and e-stores – leading the entire process from the customer briefing and brand immersion process through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones- Create and maintain asset delivery roadmaps, schedules, inventory agreements and budgets across all customer e-stores- Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate cross-functionally with design, development and sales to maintain workflow through the final e-store launch- Implement and automate processes to collect and manage sales data, creating actionable reports & dashboards
