About Anna Levitt
As an agile leader of programs and projects, I bring about results that align with organizations’ strategic priorities. I am experienced working in complex matrixed environments, climates of change, and international contexts. Through consulting engagements and internal leadership team roles with multinational companies, I’ve directed, co-led, and contributed to initiatives in a range of industries: pharmaceutical, travel, financial, advertising, and insurance, as well as nonprofit. My functional experience includes financial management, with budgets $150M+, process improvement and optimization, issue and risk mitigation, change management, meeting planning and facilitation, strategic sourcing (vendor selection and oversight), and partnering with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement. I add value in three main ways:1. Ask the right questions. What is the vision, greater purpose, mission? What is the value that the company or department needs to create or contribute? What sort of disruptions or innovations would change the game? How can we craft a creative plan?2. Connect.Bring together people and ideas to form networks of best practices and expertise. Understand the interdependencies and nuances of how people, strategies, systems, and processes work together in the web of complex programs and projects. Drive for results.Facilitate success by collaborating with stakeholders to build and deliver the plan. Fix problems, realign, and move past roadblocks along the way.
