With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, coaching, people management and consulting, Anna is passionate about working with leaders, managers and their teams to help them elevate their performance and create high-performing environments. She has worked across government, the music industry, law, and training company sectors, including Head of Learning & Development at the MHRA. Now an independent coach and facilitator, Anna partners with senior leaders and high-potential professionals to accelerate their personal and organisational impact. Anna\'s work combines evidence-based coaching practices with a deep understanding of business dynamics to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential, enhance leadership capability, improve team effectiveness and organisational culture. As an experienced practitioner in MBTI, FIRO-B, and SDI, she brings deep insights into behavioural dynamics to create meaningful change.Anna loves the opportunity to combine her two passions of coaching and performance. Performance has always been central to her life. Growing up, Anna was heavily involved in both music and sport - starting with the violin and piano aged 7, performing in orchestras and touring in Europe. She also competed in county athletics and British Universities sports championships. Through both music and sport, Anna experienced first-hand the value of coaches and mentors who challenged, supported and guided her to achieve her goals and perform at her best.
