I am currently heading up the Marketing & Communications team at Sellick Partnership, a market-leading professional services recruitment specialist. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I am committed to building on the success of this well-recognised brand. My role in the business allows me to work across the entire business, which means I can positively influence and drive the marketing and communications strategy forward. Key responsibilities- Overall responsibility for developing an integrated marketing and communications strategy that supports the strategic direction of the business- Leading and directing the marketing and communications team to deliver on campaigns, projects and tactical activities to meet objectives- Multi-channel campaign management to support B2B, B2C and talent attraction and retention and demonstrate our position as a thought-leader and recruiter of choice in the marketplace- Overall responsibility for internal communications including improving and managing the quality, frequency and mediums used to ensure content is engaging, relevant and useful- Development of various reports to measure ROI on all marketing activities such as job board advertising, social media and PR. Performance and monthly activity is reported to the Managing Director on a monthly basis.

I am a commercially focused Chartered Marketer with 18 years’ experience in marketing and communications.I joined Sellick Partnership in 2016 as Senior Marketing Manager and I really enjoy working in recruitment marketing – it is such an interesting and vibrant industry and one I am incredibly proud to be part of. My role at Sellick Partnership is extremely varied and I am fortunate enough to be part of a business that truly appreciates the value that we add. I work across all teams and offices, and you will often find me trying to balance a number of projects simultaneously, as well as managing the Marketing team on a daily basis. As a marketing team, we really strive to make a difference and constantly look at ways to improve what we do. We pride ourselves on our ability to work closely with our stakeholders to deliver an excellent service – whether that is developing some content for a blog or a video, facilitating an event, managing email marketing campaigns, delivering training on advertising best practice or developing some collateral. Whatever it is, we are always on hand to help.
