As the Client Experience Associate at COVE, I am responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all of our tenants, members, and site users. My role includes being the primary point of contact for clients, answering their questions, onboarding new tenants, and continuously monitoring client satisfaction. I am also dedicated to executing tenant engagement activities to foster positive relationships and enhance the overall experience at COVE. I played a pivotal role in COVE\'s achievement of reaching full capacity in tenancy in 2024, a milestone since the establishment in 2018.
