The Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab (GPL) supports state and local governments across the country in designing and implementing solutions to pressing social problems. As a Government Innovation Fellow, I collaborate with government staff to plan and implement unarmed alternative emergency response teams for 911 calls. Additionally, I oversee a Community of Practice, a monthly learning series on emerging practices in alternative emergency response implementation with over 80 governments across the country working to advance these initiatives.
