ABOUT ANNA LOVETT
I am an Associate Solicitor within Burnetts’ Employment and HR team. I mainly work within the commercial sector and I thoroughly enjoy working closely with businesses to provide practical and solution-focused advice on all HR and legal queries. A key part of my role is working closely with our Corporate and Commercial team to assist companies undergoing mergers or other business transfers, dealing with TUPE matters and any other employment matters arising. I am regularly involved in presenting seminars and workshops on a range of employment topics including employee wellbeing and absence, redundancy and unfair dismissal. These sessions are delivered externally and in-house. Outside of work, I am a committee member of the CIPD Cumbria Branch, and I am involved in organising and hosting a number of events across the region for HR professionals.
