I currently run the Operations at Open Property Group (property buying company) whereby I manage the core of the business to ensure that the organisation runs efficiently with minimal disruption. I manage and over see new projects that help expand and grow the business portfolio and assist with the processes/ systems implemented to help aid us in the process. I also run the operations for our sister company Move Places which involves helping manage various sectors of the Estate Agency business to ensure clients receive the best purchasing and selling experience. This too involves managing new softwares and systems we have implemented to help our clients sell their property with ease. Transparency, honestly and customer service is at the core of everything we do.
