My Job: I am a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager with a cross-functional background in asset management, communication, human resources, event planning, operations, and procurement. My diverse experience allows me to oversee complex projects with a holistic perspective, aligning strategic objectives with day-to-day execution across departments.In parallel, I bring extensive expertise as a Product Owner and certified Scrum Master, where I lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact, data-driven products and services. I’m responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring development teams deliver high-quality solutions that meet user and business needs.I work closely with stakeholders—ranging from executive leadership to end-users—to ensure alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes. I facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while actively coaching teams on Agile best practices. My approach emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.Above all, I believe that people are the key to any product or project’s success, and I strive to foster empowered, high-performing teams that thrive on shared goals and accountability. What about my self? I have a strong curiosity and a passion for acquiring knowledge. I enthusiastically engage in all that I love and love all that I do. I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and meeting new people. My interests include sailing, theater, cinema, art, and everything related to personal growth and psychology.
