Facilitated the national Food Systems Leadership Network. This involved developing, executing, and analyzing a range of strategies to engage, retain, and connect grassroots leaders with technical resources, leadership development opportunities, and each other. I was involved in the program development, financial management, and outreach and growth efforts of the network.I managed a budget and oversaw various programming that advanced our mission and supported community leaders. I developed and maintained workplans that supported cross-team collaborations and ensure projects were successfully brought from ideation phase to completion, continually analyzing and evaluating to improve programming. I collaborated with peers and colleagues to amplify the work and wisdom of leaders through facilitating topical calls, developing storytelling pieces, and designing webinar trainings. Lastly, I led research efforts to better understand how networks evolve to meet their mission; this included creating process maps, designing collaborative brainstorming and analysis sessions, facilitating small and large group discussions, and managing small teams of experts to contribute to this process.
