Focus on event production, logistics, and donor relations for PFF events. • Manage event production and logistics for PFF Walk and Broadway Belts. • Handle event logistics, registration, attendee tracking, volunteer/vendor management, presentation/materials support, and pre/post-event evaluations. • Evaluate and respond to peer-to-peer fundraising event leads promptly and collaborate with Development Managers for prospect assignment. • Catalog prospects and their contacts in donor database, manage follow-ups for event leaders in assigned portfolio. • Assist in event budget management, closely monitor expenses, revenue, ticket sales, and sponsorships in coordination with Finance and Data Departments. • Serve as primary contact for fundraising inquiries related to Qgiv and assist donors in creating their pages. • Manage PFF Walk incentive program, including fundraising levels/prizes, ordering, and mailing to fundraisers. • Perform administrative tasks for assigned events, including mailings, event supply packing, incentive prize inventory maintenance, and data entry support as needed.
