HRM focused on the following Group field: urban regeneration, engineering, renewable energy plants.Involved in HR practices for both Italian and Romanian companies, oversight of a total headcount up to 110 employees with 3 collaborators.Main tasks- Lead development of Company’s HR Department and relative policies- Be a business partner in change management process: manage the execution of the HR Strategy and develop corporate plans- Handle full cycle of the recruitment process for Italian and Romanian companies ( writing job posting, publicising vacancy, conducting interviews, organising recruitment flow and making hiring decisions with managers, onboarding of new hire staff)- Lead university relations and other external recruitment programmes and partnerships- Personnel cost management, budget, salary analysis updating and compensation bonus scheme- Implement performance management system, welfare, MBO, career development, performance assessment- Organising and choosing training courses for top and middle management- Change Management actions such as digitalisation, company culture, organisational structure review- Personnel Management: managing HR documentation such as employment contracts aspects, layoff, compensation & benefits, time & attendance, benefits and leaves, payroll, unions management, organisation chart, smart working, career path, organisation & personnel issues, monitoring temp agency employee’s contracts- Support in personnel management for the 5-star Hotel Lido Palace in Riva del Garda from June 2023 to December 2024, involving approximately 80 staff members. Activities included: defining the organizational chart and analysing internal gaps for a full reorganization under the new managerial leadership; setting up personnel budgets; recruiting and onboarding the General Manager and key roles; coordinating with the payroll office for payslip; reviewing employment contracts with cost-containment plans
