In my current role, I lead audits and mentorship meetings for health coaches and dietitians, helping to elevate service quality and ensure consistency that drives client satisfaction and team success. I design and facilitate ongoing trainings and interactive labs that build confidence and strengthen engagement skills, and I work on piloting AI-powered tools that make clinical decision-making, charting, and communications more efficient and scalable. I also collaborate with the medical team and business partners to align care strategies with organizational objectives, improving outcomes while supporting growth. I also enjoy contributing to company-wide initiatives, whether that’s creating onboarding resources, writing content, or leading webinars, while continuing to counsel members directly with evidence-based approaches in digestive health and overall wellness.
