   Developed and managed the program plan and $15M budget for a Southeastern regional Third-Party Administrator migrating their clients and to a new core claims system. Established and led the Program Management Office responsible for the performance of 7 workstreams, 35 projects, 100+ Program members, and multiple vendors. The Program Office instituted the governance, communications standards, tools, and processes to facilitate timely decision-making, effective risk and change management. The Program was delivered to schedule and budget despite acquisitions and client leadership changes.Guided a PMO Maturity Advancement initiative for a Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan. The initiative began with a best practice assessment addressing governance, team skills, processes, standards, and tools. From the assessment, coached and guided the PMO team in a collaborative development planning effort to advance the PMO. Led the focus teams in collaborating and building solutions, piloting plans, and transitioning operating ownership.Directed several workstreams in a Claims Backlog Stabilization effort aimed at accelerating improvements to meet Board objectives for a Southeast Third-Party Administrator. Workstreams included claims resolution, daily automation execution, BI Analytics and reporting, provider data management, and decision support. Board objectives were achieved. Achievements included: overall inventory reduction of 76%, reduction of average days in inventory from 52 to 19 days, and inventory > 30 days down 90%. The Stabilization Effort led to a long term BPaaS contract. Directed quality assurance and testing operations supporting the development of a complex population health data mart for a prestigious mid-Atlantic health organization. The population health data mart consisted of 35 tables derived from over 15 sources with complicated filters written in SQL and BODs. Led the test team and provided quality assurance on releases.
