Growing up, there was no greater constant in my life than Sunday dinner with my family. It was a loud, logistical nightmare, but we always finished the weekend with a beautiful meal among loved ones. Perhaps that’s why I’m drawn to ops; chaos is my comfort, and there’s always another, more efficient path through it all.
