ABOUT ANNA JURICIC

I coach corporate executives and leaders to develop their personal and business trajectory. Working with individuals and teams, I facilitate them to steward change activating their potentials, defining a clear vision through a broader perspective, leveraging agile thinking and acting. As a gender equity ambassador, I developed a female leadership program for International Organizations, and I also provide coaching for humanitarian leaders across the globe. My mission is to empower women and raise their awareness on values they can add through leveraging on gender distinctions in behavioural differences to shape decisions and strategies in the leadership positions, moving the conversation from “equality” to good governance and a good business. I am carrying out corporate training programs and seminars on how to develop an organizational coaching culture as a cohesion tool for people and ensure a growing achievement of success. I employ mindfulness and its practices and techniques to generate that space that enables leaders, teams, employees, and organizations to create an innovative culture and mindset based on flexibility, resilience, change management, and constant renewal in their business.
