ABOUT ANNA JÖTTEN
After my PhD in physics in Augsburg and Stockholm, combining microfluidics and Malaria research, I joined the PHIO team at LMU Munich for four years of exploring the synergies of academic research and start-up spirit. My newest transition in 2026 is to clinical research, joining Prof. Betz team at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf, working on innovative optical methods to detect and diagnose head and neck tumors.
