ABOUT ANNA JAMES
My career started as an Occupational Therapist working both in Aotearoa and United Kingdom. This lead to the role of Therapies Manager at the then Capital and Coast DHB where I was responsible for the physical health therapy services in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I then shifted into strategy roles in a number of large New Zealand organisations, leading teams in strategy execution, business development, programme management and divestment and acquisitions. After a time in the public sector the opportunity arose to join Pathways. It’s been a long-time aspiration of mine to join an NGO and joining Pathways as their Strategy Lead is a wonderful opportunity to bring my experience and deliver value to an organisation that is constantly evolving and innovating.
