Streamlined partner channel enablement initiatives across the globe which led to growth of enablement team from 1 to 3 people due to number of enablement initiatives expansion and KPI overachievement- Analyzed current enablement situation and developed channel partner education strategy tailored to each of 5 regions and successfully landed it with the regional stakeholders- Managed global stakeholders (regional directors, channel leads, marketing & partner managers) which resulted in a structured approach in multiple enablement initiatives by precise orchestration from my side- Developed the Authorized Training Center (ATC) network: growth in the number of ATCs globally (+12 centers), new tech courses launch (+5 courses), growth in the number of trainees (+78% YoY) by signing new contracts across the globe and activating existing dormant ATCs- Enhanced partner certification process which led to growth in certificates earned +28% YoY by launching a brand-new certification portal and implementing certificate lifecycle making it more attractive to partners- Reworked Education section on the Partner Portal to match partner needs and to improve user learning experience, partner satisfaction increased +15% YoY due to improvements made – better user experience, clearer structure of courses, enhancements in certification process- Increased partner satisfaction with sales/technical courses from 4,3 to 4,5 YoY by initiating tracking of partner course feedback, improving course content on-the-go, and launching new course type – presales - Launched Partner Learning path based on expanded Kaspersky portfolio which got positive feedback from partners and now allows them to choose the right solution to fit customer needs
